Things to Know Before You Purchase!
Please be aware that purchasing season passes involves adding or creating a profile for each pass holder. This process may take up to 30 minutes of your time in the case of family passes so please keep in mind as you complete your purchase. Steps to Purchasing a Family Pass
Select the type of pass you would like to purchase:
Add up to 2 adult or senior (65+) passes as required for your family.
Then add as many children, youth, student or tots as needed.
When you have added a pass for every member in your family, click on "add to cart".
Click on "add/change guest".
If you had a season pass at Big White in the last 2 years enter your first and last name and select "Look me up" otherwise proceed to "New Guests".
A guest profile has to be added or created for each pass holder in your family.
To add these click on "Continue shopping".
Choose add ons and enter the quantity required for your family. Select add to cart. Once you have selected all necessary add ons click on “View Cart” at the top of your screen. Finally, assign each add on to a pass holder by repeating the process in step 3.

You have the option to pay in full today or take advantage of our free payment plan.

Tips & Tricks
Here are a few tips to help make your purchase easier.
When completing the Client Profile:
- Do not put any spaces when entering your postal code.
- Card Zip is the 3 digit CVC code on the back of your credit card.
- Birthday should be entered as mm/dd/yyyy.
- If you have an international phone number simply enter 555 555 5555.
- Card on File is the credit card you would like to pay with.
- Web logon name - leave this field blank.
I had a season pass last year do I need to create a new profile?
No - your information is stored in our system. Simply enter your first and last name and click “Look Me Up”.
I had a pass last year but your system cannot seem to find me?
Double check the name on your season pass last year to ensure it matches what you are entering into the system.
I want to take advantage of the free payment plan. If I purchase by September 15th I am told it will be split into 3 payments, why does it only show 2?
Your first payment is made at the time of purchase and there will be 2 more monthly payments taken October 1st, and November 1st.
What are the age brackets for tot, child, youth, adult, and Club65?
Tot – age 5 & under
Children – age 6 to 12
Youth – age 13 to 18
Adult – age 19 to 64
Club 65 – age 65 & up
We have a family of 2 adults and a university student who is 21, do we qualify for family passes?
Yes – new this year we have added full time students 25 years & under to the family eligibility. This means that the two adults will save $100 each on their season passes!
I am a 28 year old student can I get a student pass?
Yes – there is no age limit for individual student passes. For a student to qualify as part of the family pricing you must be 25 or younger.
I am currently 18 years old but will be 19 when the season starts should I buy an youth or an adult pass?
We are committed to offering the best deal available to our customers, this means you can purchase the appropriate pass for your age at the time of purchase. The exception to this is for Club 65 pass holders.
I am currently 64 but will be 65 by the start of the ski season, can I get a Club 65 seasons pass?
